I have the honour to forward for the information

of Mr Secretary Chamberlain a letter and its enclosures

which we have received from the Government of Hong Kong

on the subject of the payment to Messrs Goddard, Massey

& Warner of the sum of £115. 0. 0. for a crematorium which

has been ordered of them direct by the Colonial Government.
